Have you received your pattern file and opened it, but it just won’t print? Not to worry! Try the following steps to fix this problem –

Step 1: First, ensure that you have downloaded the PDF pattern file to your desktop computer or laptop, NOT your tablet or smart phone.

Step 2: Open the file using a PDF reader program such as Adobe Reader or Foxit Reader. You can find links to both these free PDF reader programs below.

Step 3: Select File – Print to print your pattern. Remember to print the pattern pieces at ‘Actual size’ or 100%, on A4 or letter-sized paper.

Step 4: If you have trouble printing in Adobe Reader, try using Foxit Reader as 99% of the time, using a different PDF reader will solve any printing problems you may encounter.
