Payment Policy

All payments are completed securely using PayPal. No payment information is received or stored using this method. PayPal provides up-to-date currency conversions from any currency. To find out the approximate conversion of your currency, please visit www.xe.com.

Prices are displayed in the currency of your choice. By default, they are shown in the currency related to your location, however this can be changed by selecting your preferred currency from the drop down box in the footer of this website.

Product Policy

All products sold by Andrie Designs are unique and individual of one another. Purchasing a design in one format (PDF/paper/video) does not automatically entitle a customer to a free copy of the same design in a different format.

For example, customers who purchase a PDF copy of a particular design will not be entitiled to a free paper copy of the same design. If a paper copy is required, it will need to be purchased from the shop.

Alternatively, customers who purchase a paper copy of a particular design will not be entitled to a free PDF copy of the same design. If a PDF copy if required, it will need to be purchased from the shop.

Delivery Policy

PDF PATTERNS and VIDEO TUTORIALS: Following payment, you will be taken to the Order Received page where you will see your order details. Directly underneath the name of the pattern/video you have purchased, you will see a link to download the file/stream the video. You will also receive a confirmation email containing the link to download the file/stream the video as well.

Should you need to access any of your purchases again at a later date, simply log in to your account using the My Account button found in the top right hand corner of the site. On the next page you will see a list of your purchased patterns under My Purchases. Click on the name of the file you wish to access again and follow the prompts.

PAPER PATTERNS and ANDRIE ADORNMENTS: Available shipping options will be displayed on the cart page once items have been added to the cart and the shipping destination has been selected from the drop down box.

All items are sent from Australia via Australia Post.

Any applicable customs charges are NOT added to your purchase by our shop – they are added by your country and are therefore to be paid by the buyer. If you are concerned that a purchase may accrue customs charges or be refused (usually over a certain dollar amount; this differs for each country), please check with your postal/customs service before making a purchase. Andrie Designs will NOT be liable for any customs charges and/or taxes added to your purchase upon arrival in your country, or any refusals. If a package comes back to us from customs in the original condition, we will of course issue a full refund (excluding Custom Andrie Adornments Orders – see below under ‘Refund Policy’).

Domestic customers please note – the approximate shipping duration for domestic purchases is 1-2 weeks. If your order does not turn up within the expected time frame, please contact us via the Contact page and we will do our best to rectify the situation. However, please be aware that we do not consider an order ‘lost’ in the post until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping, and we will not replace an order sooner than this.

International customers please note – we are shipping from Australia. Orders may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive, though most arrive within 1-2 weeks. If your order does not turn up within the expected time frame, please contact us via the Contact page and we will do our best to rectify the situation. However, please be aware that we do not consider an order ‘lost’ in the post until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping, and we will not replace an order sooner than this. 

For most purchases, both tracked and untracked shipping options are available. Please select the tracking option you prefer at checkout. If ‘NO tracking’ is selected, a tracking number will NOT be sent once your order has been shipped. If tracking has been selected, a tracking number WILL be sent once your order has been shipped.

Insurance is not included on any orders.

The set up fee will be charged on all orders that involve a ‘new’ logo. This includes both customers who are ordering for the first time, as well as repeat customers who have a new or edited logo.

Refund Policy

PDF PATTERNS and VIDEO TUTORIALS: As PDF patterns and video tutorials are digital items, NO refunds are available.

PAPER PATTERNS and ANDRIE ADORNMENTS: It is important to us that you absolutely love your items therefore we offer a 10 day full refund for return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 10 days of receiving it. No returns will be accepted after 10 days from receipt of your order. Buyer to pay return postage fees and must include tracking.

Should your order, or part thereof, arrive damaged, we will happily send a replacement. Please contact us via the Contact page within 10 days of receiving your order to discuss. No replacements will be accepted after 10 days from receipt of the items.

‘Lost’ orders – please be aware we do not consider an order ‘lost’ in the post until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping, and we will not replace an order sooner than this. Please contact us via the Contact page if your order has still not arrived 30 days after the date of shipping.

If an order is deemed lost, we will send a replacement order free of charge; no refund will be issued.

CUSTOM ANDRIE ADORNMENTS ORDERS: If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with the proof and we are unable to meet your requirements, a full refund will be issued minus the set up fee. All set up fees are non-refundable.

As custom adornments orders are made specifically for you, using your own logo, NO refunds are available once you have approved your proof and we have begun making your order.

Should your order, or part thereof, arrive damaged, we will happily send a replacement. Please contact us via the Contact page within 10 days of receiving your order to discuss. No replacements will be accepted after 10 days from receipt of the items.

Wholesale orders of our paper patterns are more than welcome. Feel free to sign up to the Andrie Designs Wholesale Customers mailing list to be kept up to date with pattern releases, stock availability, holiday dates etc. You can find the sign up form here.

For Australian and New Zealand retailers: paper patterns can be purchased directly through us via the wholesale page here.

For international retailers: paper patterns can be purchased direct through us via the wholesale page here, and through Checker Distributorsand Brewer Sewing.

Additional Information

All patterns are property of Andrie Designs. Do not copy these patterns, claim as your own or allow others to use them. The patterns may be used for personal and small businesses producing limited quantities only. If you do use these patterns to produce items for sale, please credit Andrie Designs for the pattern by writing “This item was made using a pattern from Andrie Designs” (for example).

All Andrie Adornments designs (including colours, quotes, styles etc.) are property of Andrie Designs. Do not copy these designs, claim as your own or allow others to use them.

All Custom Andrie Adornments orders (including the hardware and findings used etc.) are property of Andrie Designs. Do not copy these designs, claim as your own or allow others to use them.
