A little while ago (ok, over a year ago), my darling daughter asked for a rainbow-themed birthday party. Being the excited, super-organised mum that I am, I made her and all her friends rainbow drawstring pouches to carry their rainbow-themed goodies around in as they carried out their rainbow-themed treasure hunt! It was a heap of fun and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
Since then, I’ve pondered how to work my idea into a pattern, and yet make it slightly different to the norm… With super heroes seemingly all around us at the moment, I finally had a light bulb – add a cute little ‘cape’ on the back of the pouches and turn them in to SUPER pouches! Why not, right?!? Gotta love a bit of fun! ?
