This pattern comes with one file containing both theΒ pattern instructions and the pieced pattern pages.Β It has 5 pages of clear, detailed instructions. It is suitable for an advanced beginner sewer. All pattern pieces have been digitally drawn. Wary of zippers? Donβt be! Throughout the pattern I give detailed and comprehensive instructions and diagrams to make adding the zipper an easy and stress-free experience.
The finished size of the Polly Cross Body Pouch is as follows:

Materials Required:
- Fabric for the outer body and flap (e.g. quilting cotton) β 3/8yd (36cm)
- Fabric for the lining and pocket (e.g. quilting cotton) β 3/8yd (36cm)
- Fabric for the strap and connectors β 4β x 66β (10cm x 168cm)
- Light-medium weight fusible interfacing (i.e. Pellon Shapeflex SF101, Legacy Shapeflex L-SF101) βΒ 1 3/4yd (160cm) based on a 20β (51cm) width
- By Annieβs Soft and Stable Foam Interfacing (or equivalent foam) OR Fusible Fleece (i.e. Pellon Thermolam 971F, Vilene H640) β 28β x 11β (71cm x 28cm)
- Firm Fusible Stabilizer (i.e. Pellonβs Peltex #71F, Legacy #71F) β 1 1/2β x 3β (4cm x 8cm)
- 1 magnetic snap β 3/4β (18mm) size
- 2 D-rings β 1β (2.5cm) size
- 2 swivel hooks β 1β (2.5cm) size
- 1 slider β 1β (2.5cm) size
- 1 coordinating dress zipper β 6β (15cm) length
- Coordinating thread, scissors and general sewing supplies.

Fantastic pattern. Perfect for a small pouch. The flap is very versatile you can use any small scrap for it even piping! I had a little hesitation with the zippered area I thought it would be rather small so I made into a pouch on the front for a cell phone. Well written.
