Hi bag makers! Welcome back to the Quilt Me A Bag 2025 series. We’ve reached the fourth and final quilted bag in this year’s series, and it’s another stunner!
Not familiar with the Exchange Me Pouch? You can find the PDF Pattern in the shop here!

This bag was made using the Exchange Me Pouch pattern, and Crystal used a variety of mini hourglass blocks to create the main outer panels, bringing it to life in a most perfectly quilty way.
Hourglass blocks are a great technique to include in a bag. They are simple to construct yet lend themselves to a variety of secondary patterns once pieced together. Using this technique has given the Exchange Me Pouch a unique look, making it a standout piece in our Quilt Me A Bag collection this year.
The fabric for this bag was again generously provided by the talented Alison Glass. This collection, called Camp Kitschy Lala, is inspired by the charm of vintage camp life – worn but well-loved heirlooms, crackling campfires, and the easy joy of days spent in the woods and water.
