Hi bag makers! We’ve reached the end of Quilt Me A Bag 2025! Over the past few weeks, we’ve shared four incredible bags, highlighting a variety of different quilting methods and made from a group of stunning fabric collections, to showcase just how creative you can be with Andrie Designs patterns.
And what better way to end the 2025 series than with a fantastic giveaway! Yes, we have a giveaway for you, but first let’s look back at the blog posts that have brought us to today, and take a look at all the stunning quilted bags Crystal made over the last 4 weeks…

Post 1: Introduction
We couldn’t start the series without a post introducing our fantastic series sponsors, Alison Glass and FreeSpirit Fabrics for providing the fabrics for us to create with, and our AH-mazing quilter-bag maker extraordinaire, Crystal Harrison!
You can find the Quilt Me A Bag 2025 Introduction blog post here.
Post 2: V Pouch
First up in the series was the V Pouch. For the quilting on her V Pouch, Crystal created the main panels using strip piecing and some printer paper.

Post 3: Classic Carryall Tote Bag
Next up was a Classic Carryall Tote Bag. For this design, Crystal chose to make the tote bag size to showcase the gorgeous designs included in the prints. She used multiple quilt blocks to create the panels of the tote, using the economy square block, as well as some traditional piecing, too.

Post 4: Classic Market Tote
The third bag in the series was the Classic Market Tote. For this design, Crystal chose to use the quilt-as-you-go method to create a large log cabin block for both the front and back outer panels.

Post 5: Exchange Me Pouch
The final pattern that Crystal used was the Exchange Me Pouch. This pouch was made using a variety of mini hourglass blocks to create the main outer panels, bringing it to life in a most perfectly quilty way.

A huge thank you to our talented bag maker, Crystal, for all her amazing work, AND to our sponsors Alison Glass and FreeSpirit Fabrics for providing such beautiful fabrics for us to play with! Without their support, this series wouldn’t have happened, and we wouldn’t have these gorgeous quilted bags to admire and be inspired by.

Lisa, As always they were great ideas on quilting. My favorite (it was a toss up) but I think the V pouch wins. It could be used in so many ways by so many people and ages. My favorite quilting I think is the strip piecing. You could make it wide or thin, horizontal, vertical or even diagonal. So many variations. Each bag one uses it on would be so unique.
What a great quilted bag series. My favourite was the Classic Market Tote. I love the size and usefulness of this bag, and to see it with a framed photo and log cabin quilting in purples makes it so beautiful to me.
My favouite is the log cabin design on the Classic Market tote.
The Classic Carry all Tote, love the way the handles are designed, and a lovely wide base. My choice for me and for friends for gifts.
Congratulations Jean! You are one of our lucky winners!! Please check your email shortly for instructions on how to receive your pattern bundle and thank you for entering our giveaway!
I love the log cabin Classic Market Tote Bag in the purple fabrics. It is gorgeous 😍
Classic Carryall Tote Bag.
My favorite is the classic carry all tote. But all of the bags made were gorgeous.
I liked the Classic Market tote bag.
For me the classic market tote but then I love purple!
