Here we are at the last day of the Feature Me Everyday Tote – Feature Series! I hope you’ve enjoyed all the blocks so far and boy have I kept a stunner until last! If you’re new here, welcome!! Just so you know, all the blocks in this series have been designed exclusively for the Feature Me Everyday Tote pattern which you can find here. You can find all other posts in this series under the Pattern Hacks section of my blog here.
The block for today has been designed by the amazingly talented Leslie from Love Rubie! It’s called the Skull Block and is a brilliant paper piecing pattern to create your very own fabric skull and cross bones, complete with a darling bow on top of her head of course! Despite a LOT of pattern pieces, this block is truly worth every stitch as our testers have shown below!
You can see more examples of Leslie’s work on her Facebook page here.
You can find the pattern for this block here and the Feature Me Everyday Tote pattern here. We’d love to know what you think of this block and if you’d be game enough to try it! Feel free to leave a comment and let us know!
Thank you so much for joining me on this Feature Me Everyday Tote – Feature Series! I hope you’ve enjoyed the designs on offer, and have gained inspiration and motivation to try something new for your next Feature Me Everyday Tote!
Happy sewing as always!
