FAQ Post #1 – How do I download my pattern files?
Welcome! If you haven’t received your purchase confirmation email, please follow the steps below to download your pattern files –
Step 1: Check your junk or spam folder for the email confirming your purchase (it will also contain links to the pattern files you purchased).
Step 2: If the email isn’t in your junk or spam folder, log in to your account on the Andrie Designs website using your desktop computer (https://www.andriedesigns.com/my-account/) –
Step 3: Navigate to the Downloads link on the left hand side of the My Account page –
Step 4: After clicking on Downloads, all the patterns you have purchased will show on the next screen, including links to download each file directly under the corresponding pattern name –
Step 5: Click on the large Download button to start the download for the files you require and remember to save the files somewhere safe for future reference. These download links will always be available in your account, should you need to re-download any of your files in the future.

Hi there! Thanks for your query. If you’ve previously purchased the Gather Me Up Clutch from my website, you can simply log in to your account and download the updated files from the Downloads area of your account. If you’re unsure how to do that, click here. Happy sewing! π

I have a question. When you purchase a video, is it sent to you by mail or you have to download it from your account? Thanks.
Hi Migdalia! Thanks for your question. When you purchase any of my full length video tutorials, you are given instant access to the area of my website where the video is located. From there, you can stream it as often as you like – you just have to make sure you are logged in to your account first. The videos are not emailed out, nor are they downloadable. Hope that helps π
