Round It Up Clutch

Introducing the Round It Up Clutch by Andrie Designs! This classy little clutch has a rounded base and four different outer top panels to choose from, giving you maximum flexibility to make a clutch to suit every occasion!

The Round It Up Clutch has a full zipper closure, an inner zipper pocket and an adjustable cross body strap, making it secure and able to be carried hands free. Clear and concise construction techniques make this a quick and easy sew!

This pattern has 14 pages of clear, detailed instructions. It is suitable for an advanced beginner sewer. All pattern pieces have been digitally drawn. Wary of zippers? Don’t be! Throughout the pattern I give detailed and comprehensive instructions and diagrams to make adding the zippers an easy and stress-free experience.

The finished size of the Round It Up Clutch is as follows:

• Width – 9″ (23cm)

• Curved
• Horizontal
• Vertical
• Plain (no piecing)

Materials Required:

• Outer Panels – TOP (e.g. quilting cotton) – Up to 1/4yd (23cm)
• Outer Panels – BOTTOM (e.g. quilting cotton) – 24” x 5” (61cm x 13cm)
• Zipper Pocket (e.g. quilting cotton) – 9” x 12” (23cm x 30.5cm)
• Lining (e.g. quilting cotton) – 24″ x 8” (61cm x 20cm)
• Strap, Strap Connectors, Zipper Tab (e.g. quilting cotton) – 7” x 36” (18cm x 36cm)
• Light-Medium Weight Fusible Interfacing (i.e. Pellon Shapeflex SF101, Legacy Shapeflex L-SF101) (NOTE: based on a 40”/100cm width) – 1yd (91cm)
• By Annie’s Soft and Stable Foam (or equivalent foam) OR Fusible Fleece (i.e. Pellon Thermolam 971F, Vilene H640) – 24″ x 8” (61cm x 20cm)
• 2 Swivel Hooks – 1” (25mm)
• 2 D-Rings – 1” (25mm)
• 1 Slider – 1” (25mm)
• 1 Coordinating Long Pull Zipper (i.e. #4.5 YKK) – 14” (36cm)
• 1 Coordinating Dress Zipper – 9” (23cm)
• Coordinating thread, scissors and general sewing supplies including fabric glue/tape.
